Access Control - KMC

KMC Controls began as Kreuter Manufacturing Company nearly 35 years ago. Then, as now, our commitment to you can be summed up in the phrase, “building your comfort zone.” Product development at KMC follows a disciplined and market-centric approach. A process known as Product and CycleTime Excellence, or PACE, governs how products are conceived, designed, produced and supported.

Primary Control Unit.
The BAC-A1616BC Controller can be used to consolidate the control of central mechanical plants and air handling units, or as part of a complete building automation system. Controller has built in Webserver.

Secondary Interface Devices

1 . General Application Controllers
BAC-5801,5802, and 5831 controllers are native BACnet and fully programmable. They are general purpose controllers and can stand alone or communicate with other BACnet devices.

2. VAV Controllers
These direct digital controllers, integrated into an actuator, are designed primarily for VAV terminal units. The controllers operate independently in a stand-alone mode or jointly in a peer-to-peer network, sharing system data and/or programs. Standard VAV control sequences have been incorporated to provide pressure-independent control of a single duct VAV unit.

Communication Interface Devices
CommTalk Data Exchange Modules are microprocessor-based, programmable, communications controllers. A CommTalk manages all communications between the KMCDigital Sub-LAN and an external reporting device such as a modem-to-modem/PC, modem to-pager service, or a PC. CommTalk Protocol Interfaces provide a standard equipment interface between KMC networks and third party equipment interfaces.
