Senior Designer (Multimedia)

Responsibilities :

• Conceptualize, design, develop and implement user interfaces and dynamic user experiences for web front-ends
• Generate page designs, mock-ups and templates for various web development projects throughcreative graphics and UI design and redefine the standard for how websites should look
• Feel personally vested in constantly refining for the best possible user experience. Contribute to improvements in the usability and design standards
• Manage a consistent implementation and understanding of the brand
• Create regular and seasonal promotional works for web campaigns
• Manage the occasional creation of promotional print materials by working closely with Strategy and Marketing in designing & executing promotional collaterals, advertising & printing materials

Requirements:

• Clear understanding of cloud computing, web and mobile apps, location based services, machine to machine and Social/Business Intelligence
• Excellent Internet, mobile device and computer skills and knowledge
• Good Knowledge of online marketing, information architecture, good UI concept and Navigation best practices

Account Manager - Sales & Marketing

Responsibilities:

Responsible for the development of Sales and Marketing for all products and services including execution, monitoring and end-analysis for the assigned market under Cloud and Apps Division, Pernec Corporation Berhad

• Initiates and Develops business plan for the market that ensures attainment of department sales goals and revenue
• Prepares action plans for effective search of sales leads and prospects to serve existing customer, expand and penetrate new markets
• Provides timely feedback to Head of Department regarding sales and revenue performance
• Creates and conducts proposal presentations and RFP responses
• To meet or exceed all activity standards for prospecting calls, appointments, presentations, proposals and closes
• Responsibility with accountability to consistently communicate with customer to get the projects and task done to meet the required objectives
• Maintains contact with all clients to ensure high levels of client satisfaction

Requirements:

• Clear understanding of cloud computing, web and mobile apps, location based services, machine to machine and Social/Business Intelligence

Solution Architect

Responsibilities :

Analysis and Solution Definition

• Identifies client’s requirements and develops value based solutions
• Understands client's business processes and problems in-depth
• Identifies client's strengths and weaknesses and suggests areas of improvement
• Reviews requirements, design specifications, business processes and perform functional gap analysis
• Recommends efficient technology, hardware and software to meet client requirements more efficiently
• Provides technical recommendations for the development, design, and systems integration from definition phase through implementation
• Applies significant knowledge of industry trends and developments to improve service to our clients

Technical Effort Recommendation

• Assists in pre-sales efforts from a technical perspective, e.g. tender document review
• Designs and delivers demonstrations and presentations

Project/Practice Management

• Advises on work scope, resources required to meet changing needs and requirements
• Executes solution consulting review in accordance with the company’s methodologies for standard and quality assurance
• Takes input from project managers and appropriately and provides accurately applies comments/feedback which relates to solutions

Requirements:

• Bachelor in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering or equivalent with good academic results
• Preferably more than 8 years of working experience in related field (consulting or pre sales role)
• Preferably Manager or Senior Executive specializing in IT/Computer – Software/ Hardware or equivalent
• Full-time position is available
• Solutions implementation experience is preferred
• Good knowledge of IT architecture, processes and methodologies
• Experience in IT solution sales and marketing processes

 

Senior Application Developer (1-year Contract)

Responsibilities :

Responsible for the development of web application for the assigned market under Cloud and Apps Division, Pernec Corporation Berhad

• Leads, provides guidance, knowledge sharing, include train other development team members
• Develop Solution / Design of form based web application
• Deep understanding of objects oriented models and Web 2.0 framework
• Development of Web Parts & Smart Parts
• Quality Management: Ensure the quality of developed and delivered IT capabilities. Coordinate and execute systems testing. Ensure proper change control procedures are followed. Evaluate system integration impacts beyond the scope of specified change
• Perform web application feature deployment
• Maintenance, Enhancement and Support: Provide support as necessary to existing suite of applications within a functional area. Solve software problems in a timely fashion
• Provide support to user on technical and process

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent
• Required language(s): English and preferably Bahasa Malaysia
• At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Must have experience with VB.Net, C#, VB6.0, ASP.Net, ADO.Net, Javascript, MS SQL Reporting Services and MS SQL Server 2008
• Working knowledge in IIS, understand configuration settings in IIS
• Excellent knowledge in BDC
• Good knowledge in dot net framework 3.5 & 4.0
• Experience with web services (XML, SOAP, HTTP)
• Preferably Senior Executives specializing in IT/Computer - Software or equivalent
• MS certifications would be an added advantage
• Able to work independently, good team player and able to work independently and under pressure. Excellent communication, interpersonal and should have strong analytical skills to troubleshooting existing problems

 

Project Manager

Responsibilities :

• Responsible for multiple IT projects implementation
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, ensuring resources are planned for on time project delivery
• To monitor and control the project within budget and meet the agreed standard of the project
• Manage project documentation, progress and financial reports in timely manner
• Anticipate and manage project incidents and risks
• Demonstrate leadership, directing and motivating the project team members
• Manage customer communication and status reporting in timely manner
• Building customer confidence and develop long term relationship for securing repeat business opportunity

Requirements:

• Bachelor in Computer Science or Information Technology or related discipline
• Project Management Certification – PMP or PRINCE2 will be an advantage
• Willing to travel and own transport
• Preferably more than 10 years of working experience in related field

Executive, Organizational Development

Responsibilities :

To assist the Manager, Organizational Development to implement the organization-wide effort to increase the organization's effectiveness and viability in order to close productivity gap and propose solution for human performance improvement

Principal Accountabilities

• Assist the Organizational Development Manager in managing the organization-wide projects for Group Human Resources Division
• Assist the Organizational Development Manager in developing the revised Compensation and Benefits Package for all levels of employees
• Assists in providing the analytical support in remuneration benchmarking exercise, i.e. providing the data input, consolidation and data review, etc
• Coordinate the Annual Appraisal Exercise
• Conduct optimization/utilization of manpower efficiency study as when needed or during manpower request
• Assist in developing or reviewing the systems for the Group Human Resources Division by providing inputs and feedback on systems requirements and performance
• Assist the Organizational Development Manager in the implementation of high performance work culture and identify sound and suitable solution and best practices for human resource management
• Ensure the continuing protection of the Company’s assets, both tangible (such as product, product and service) and non-tangible (such as trademarks etc)
• Assists in the implementation of key strategies towards achieving the Groups’ vision of “To Be a Technology Company that Inspires Innovation towards providing Excellent Service and Enabling Value Creation”

Requirements:
