Azizul Abdul Aziz is currently Chief Executive Officer, Pernec Integrated Network Systems Sdn Bhd, the position he held since 2018. He graduated from University of Manchester Institute of Science and Technology, UK with Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical & Electronics(Hons). He joined Pernec in October 1994 as an engineer and had served various positions within the Pernec Group.
Noralida Shamsudin has more than 25 years of experience in Corporate Secretarial and Administration. She has served several companies prior to joining Pernec such as Johor State Economic Development & Corporation, Sapura Holdings Sdn Bhd and Sapura Telecommunications Bhd. She holds an Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators, ICSA, UK (MARA Institute of Technology).
