Azizul Abdul Aziz is currently Chief Executive Officer, Pernec Integrated Network Systems Sdn. Bhd., a position he has held since 2018.

He graduated from the University of Manchester Institute of Science and Technology (UMIST), UK, with a Bachelor of Engineering (Hons.) in Electrical & Electronics.

He joined Pernec in October 1994 as an engineer and has served in various positions within the Pernec Group.

Noralida Shamsudin has more than 25 years of experience in Corporate Secretarial and Administration.

She has served several companies prior to joining Pernec, including:

• Sapura Holdings Sdn. Bhd.
• Sapura Telecommunications Bhd.

She holds an Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (ICSA), UK qualification from MARA Institute of Technology.
